The support from customer service is simply not up to par for bridles at this price point. They can't even manage to send out spare parts (like a nose band in this instance)!! The leather quality is pretty average. I won't be purchasing from them again.

I'm really impressed with the quality from this brand. The materials and the attention to detail in the making are top-notch. Plus, they ship super quick!

As an Aussie making my first buy directly from PSOS in Sweden, I snagged 2 bridles that I couldn't find back home, in the super rare 'Pony Sizing'.

I had to shoot an email to PSOS outside their business hours about an issue. To my surprise, I woke up to a missed call from Elsa at PSOS, eager to help me out. I rang her back, and she had everything sorted in no time, with my package on its way within the hour - just incredible, friendly service, and her English was spot on.

I purchased the hunter bridle, the Ocala, and the Bitless bridle, and I am just over the moon about both! The quality is fantastic and it has truly transformed my daughter's horse. She's a half Percheron and tends to hold her head up high like a jumper. The soft anatomical ear padding really helps to ease and relax her head. I reckon other bridles were too tight in that spot due to her head size, which caused her a lot of discomfort. I'm really impressed with the quality, the customer service, and the gorgeous designs! My daughter chose the bold merlot browband, and it looks absolutely stunning on her bay mare. The fit is perfect! Big thanks for creating such high-quality products!

The chat support online is fantastic, particularly for folks in the US. I crafted my own bridle and it turned out really well! Here’s a tip: I don’t use a noseband, so I repurposed the extra strap for my throat latch. Just attach a buckle to the ring and remove the second part from the other side to have a buckle on both ends, and it works like a charm! The leather is beautiful and nicely padded. The wide crown piece is perfect for bigger breeds. I do wish they offered separate chin straps, though.
